Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and maintain contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Prepare and handle legal correspondence, notices, and replies.
- Maintain proper filing systems (physical & digital) for legal documents and case records.
- Assist in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct basic legal research to support ongoing matters.
- Support senior legal executives/managers in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure timely submission and safekeeping of legal records, licenses, and approvals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- 2-3 years of experience in legal documentation, correspondence, or compliance (freshers with internships can apply).
- Strong drafting, writing, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of corporate, contract, and regulatory laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools.
