Role Summary:
The Project Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities related to HVAC and MEP works, ensuring execution as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise installation of HVAC systems (VRV/VRF, Chillers, AHU, Ducting, Piping, etc.) and MEP services.
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and vendors on site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and BOQ.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, and material usage.
- Conduct basic quality checks and ensure safety compliance.
- Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and clients.
- Prepare daily site reports and assist in measurements/billing.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.





Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of HVAC/MEP systems and drawings.
- Ability to manage site teams and resolve minor technical issues.
- Knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- 2-3 years of site experience in HVAC / MEP projects (commercial, residential, or industrial).

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
