Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Growth Associate to support strategic planning, market research, and business growth initiatives. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across operations, partnerships, analytics, and growth projects while gaining exposure to startup scaling and EdTech strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Founder on strategic planning, business initiatives, and execution:
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven insights:
- Identify and support new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations:
- Assist with B2B and university liaison activities, including presentations and meetings
- Represent the company at education fairs, client meetings, and business programs:




- Coordinate internal teams for smooth execution of growth and operational projects

Skills & Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate (Business, Marketing, Education, or related field preferred)
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities:
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Self-starter with ability to multitask, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment:
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events or meetings
- Passion for education and technology is a plus
- English fluency is mandatory
