Job Responsibilities
- Generate sales through company leads and solid Channel Partner (CP) networks
- Develop and maintain relationships with CPs and direct clients
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain proper follow-ups and client database
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and closures
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales:
- Prior working experience in the Mohali region is mandatory:
- Strong and active Channel Partner (CP) network required:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Professional appearance with formal dressing and pleasing personality
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Strong local market knowledge of Mohali real estate
- Ability to build long-term business relationships
- Immediate joiners preferred
