JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primary Skills (WhatsApp Business API):
- Robust understanding of WhatsApp API workflow, templates, webhook events, and message status tracking
- Ability to analyze delivery failures, quality rating issues, and API response logs
Secondary Skills (SMS):
- Knowledge of SMPP, DLR flow, and DLT compliance
- Experience in OTP and promotional traffic monitoring
Basic Knowledge (RCS):
- Understanding of RCS reporting and delivery tracking
Database Skills (mandatory):
- Strong hands-on experience in MySQL
- Ability to write complex queries (JOIN, GROUP BY, aggregations)
- Experience handling large transactional datasets and query optimization
Additional Requirements:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience in CPaaS/Telecom domain preferred
