What You’ll Work On
- Concept design & architectural storytelling
- Design development for residential, commercial & urban projects
- High-level presentations, competition entries & client decks
- Site-responsive planning & spatial strategy
- Material research, detailing & construction logic
- Collaborating with consultants, engineers & execution teams
- Exposure to future-oriented architecture: sustainability, smart cities, mixed-use developments, and design-led real estate

You won’t be stuck doing one thing — you’ll learn how architecture actually works at scale.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to know everything, You must have intent.

Must-haves
- Solid design sensibility & spatial thinking




- Ability to think conceptually _and_ practically
- Proficiency SketchUp (or Rhino preferably)
- Clear communication skills (drawings + words)

Nice to have (not mandatory)
- Interest in urban design / real estate / large-scale projects
- Experience with competitions or research-driven design
- Familiarity with sustainability, passive design, or climate-responsive architecture
- Willingness to learn AI-assisted design workflows
