- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with solid hands-on skills in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce declarative tools.
- Strong experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, data migration, and integration with external enterprise systems.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, Git, sandbox management, deployments, and AppExchange solutions.
- Mandatory Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I & II, with Salesforce Administrator and Einstein AI / Agentforce / Tableau+ exposure or certification preferred/required as applicable.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, data models, performance optimization, debugging, Agile/JIRA, along with mentoring and stakeholder collaboration experience.
