- Lead the design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Perform advanced customizations, enhancements, and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions following best practices
- Customize Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, ensuring code quality and best practices
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware

1Strong Senior Salesforce Developer Profile with Apex, LWC, and integration expertise and Salesforce certification 2Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, with strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce declarative tools

3Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have led the design, development, and deployment of customised Salesforce solutions, and architected scalable, secure, high-performance solutions following best practices.

4Mandatory (Tech skill 1): Must have a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models,



and security concepts.

5Mandatory (Tech skill 2): Must have experience customising Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) and managing deployments — sandbox management, production releases, release strategy.
