Key Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for ensuring the day to day operations of the store to deliver exceptional customer service, manage daily operations, and exceed sales targets The role will be dynamic, a brief illustration of the expected roles and responsibilities are as follows:

- Store Operations and Maintenance
- Key Risk Inventory Management
- Cash Management and Security
- Marketing Support
- Franchise Reporting:
- Market Research and Analysis
- Brand Ambassadorship
- Training and Development

Qualifications and Experience:
- Diamond Jewellery Experience of at-least 2 years
- Knowledge about diamond jewellery and the industry in general
- Post-Graduate / Undergraduate degree in a similar field
- Well versed with multiple languages (preferably, Kannada, English, Hindi and Tamil)
- Excellent communication with customers
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Intermediate knowledge of MS office.
