Role Purpose (CRITICAL)

This is not a cold calling job.

Your job is to

Convert warm inbound leads into paying clients

Build trust quickly and guide customers

Maximise conversion rate and revenue per lead

You are the revenue driver of the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inbound Lead Conversion

- Handle inbound enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, CRM leads)
- Understand client requirements quickly
- Convert leads into applications / deal
- Convert existing clients into repeat business

2. Client Consultation

- Explain financial/mortgage solutions in simple terms
- Guide clients through the process
- Build strong trust and rapport

3. Follow-Up & Closing

- Follow up consistently with leads
- Handle objections confidently
- Close deals efficiently with urgency

4. Pipeline Management

- Manage leads in CRM

- Track

- Lead status
- Follow-ups

- Conversions
- Ensure no lead is missed

5. Coordination with Operations

- Work closely with processing/credit team
- Ensure smooth transition from sales processing
- Keep clients informed at every stage

6. Customer Experience

- Deliver excellent client communication

- Ensure

7. Performance Tracking

- Achieve and exceed:

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

- 2-7 years in:
- Banking / Financial services / Mortgage broking

- Experience in
- Loan sales / Mortgage sales / Credit sales
- Prior experience handling inbound leads preferred

Skills Required

- Excellent communication (English + Hindi preferred)
- Strong sales and closing ability

- Ability to

- Handle objections

- Build trust quickly
- Influence decision-making

- Good understanding of
- Loans / mortgages / financial products
