Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Consultant / Business Development Executive to generate new business, develop customer relationships, and promote solar solutions in the Kanpur market.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits, references, networking, and other channels.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their solar requirements.
- Explain solar solutions, benefits, pricing, and project offerings.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular customer follow-ups and robust relationships.
- Maintain sales records and submit daily/weekly sales reports.




- Monitor local market and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the project and operations teams for smooth execution.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
- Sales Consultant: 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
- Business Development Executive: 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development preferred.
- Experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical, EPC, or Construction will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good networking and lead-generation abilities.
- Willingness to travel within Kanpur and nearby areas.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
