Role Description This is a full time, on-site Senior Relationship Manager role based in Trivandrum.

The Senior Relationship

Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of customers by building long-term relationships, understanding financial needs, and recommending appropriate banking products and services.

Responsibilities include acquiring new clients, cross-selling and upselling across product lines, and ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. The role involves regular customer meetings, follow-ups on queries and issues, coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions, and adherence to regulatory and bank policies.

The Senior Relationship

Manager will monitor portfolio performance,



track key metrics, and contribute to branch business targets and overall growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong relationship management, client servicing, and customer engagement skills to build and sustain trust with diverse customers.
- Candidates should possess sales, business development, and cross-selling skills to drive portfolio growth and meet revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to explain banking products clearly and handle complex discussions professionally.
- Candidates should possess basic financial analysis, banking operations, and compliance awareness to manage accounts responsibly and adhere to regulatory norms.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills to handle multiple client needs efficiently and deliver timely resolutions.
- Relevant experience in retail or SME banking, wealth management, or financial services relationship roles is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business administration, or a related field is desirable; advanced certifications in banking or financial services are an advantage.
- Comfort with using core banking systems, CRM tools, and standard office software is beneficial.
