Role: SR. ENGINEER – Quality**

Location: Chennai

Industry: Auto Component Manufacturing

Experience: 4–8 Years

Salary: upto 4.5 LPA

Shift: Rotation Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle plant Quality Control & QMS activities.
- Manage Inward, In-process & PDI Inspection as per Quality Plan/Control Plan/SOP.
- Handle Customer Complaints, Customer Audits & Supplier Audits.
- Monitor and reduce Internal Rejection & COPQ.
- Maintain TS 16949 QMS requirements.
- Handle PPAP, FMEA/PFMEA, Control Plan & Poka-Yoke activities.
- Conduct MSA, Gauge R&R;, Kaizen & Cost-Saving initiatives.
- Support NPD Quality activities.
- Monitor daily rejection and ensure proper disposal as per SOP.
- Train and supervise the Quality Team.
- Maintain daily QMS activities, Quality Alerts and OPL.

Must-Have Skills:

- Auto Component Manufacturing Plant QMS
- TS 16949 Internal Auditor Certification
- Solid QMS knowledge
- Experience in Tier 1/Tier 2 Auto Component Manufacturing
- Good knowledge of Quality Control and Inspection processes
