Job Responsibilities

- Manage procurement activities and vendor sourcing.

- Prepare and process purchase orders.

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.

- Monitor supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships.

- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

- Coordinate with internal departments for purchasing requirements.

- Maintain procurement records and reports.

- Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualification Requirements

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of commerce, Business Administration, or related field, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

- 3 years of procurement or purchasing experience.

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of procurement procedures.

- Negotiate the best price, quality, and delivery terms, ERP/SAP or procurement software knowledge.

- Microsoft Excel and MS Office proficiency.

- Solid communication and analytical skills.

- Purchase requisition (PR) and purchase order (PO) processing.

- Coordinate with production, planning,



and sales teams to understand upcoming material requirements.

- Maintain stock shortages, production stoppages, and excess inventory. Supplier audits and assessments.

- Generated various reports including Production, Material On-hand, Finished Goods, Open PO Report, and Material Rejection Report to support effective inventory control and data analysis.

- Followed up with suppliers for proof of delivery (POD).

Invoice

Copies, and Delivery Notes (DN), Facilitating smooth payment cycles.

- Worked extensively on Stock Transport Orders (STO) creation and monitoring for inter-plant material transfers.

- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, automotive, fabrication, machinery, or industrial equipment industries is preferred.

- Verify received materials with PO details, delivery documents, quantity, and specifications with GRN (Goods receipt note).
