Role Overview:

We're looking for a Project Manager (7+ years of experience) to lead IT projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of IT project management principles, solid organizational abilities, and the skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements. Conduct project kick-off meetings and ensure alignment with all stakeholders.

- Project Execution and Monitoring: Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring all phases are completed on time and within budget. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on status to stakeholders. Manage project changes and ensure project objectives are achieved.

- Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead cross-functional project teams, including IT staff, vendors, and other stakeholders. Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring team members understand their roles and deliverables. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

- Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess,



and manage project risks and issues. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Resolve project-related issues and escalate as necessary.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. Conduct regular quality reviews and implement necessary improvements.

- Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation across all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.

- Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are used effectively. Monitor project expenditures and ensure they remain within approved limits. Optimize resource allocation and manage any resource constraints.

- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure their requirements are addressed. Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships.

- Project & PMO Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with hands-on experience in JIRA for project tracking and issue management.
