Position: Sr. Engineer / Engineer – Production

Experience: 5–7 Years

Qualification: DME / DFT / BE Mechanical

Preferred Industry: Heat Exchanger & Pressure Vessel Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and execute daily/weekly/monthly production plans and work allocation.
- Supervise fabrication activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Cutting, Bending, Finning and Heat Treatment agencies.
- Conduct stage inspection, final dimensional/visual inspection and coordinate with QC/TPIA/Client.
- Manage Hydro Testing, Blasting and Painting activities as per procedures.
- Analyze welder/fitter/grinder rework and ensure corrective actions.
- Prepare SOPs, job travelers and daily production reports.




- Ensure product quality, timely output and proper manpower utilization.
- Ensure compliance with EHS rules, PPE, toolbox talks, work permits and safety practices.
- Coordinate with other departments for drawings, materials, equipment and production requirements.

Required Skills: Production planning, fabrication, drawing reading, manpower handling, inspection coordination, product knowledge and valuable communication skills.
