Job Title: Senior Product Designer

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and research to final UI
- design and developer handoff.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define product vision, user flows, and feature
- requirements.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design
- decisions.
- Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity
- designs.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive user experiences across web and mobile
- platforms.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and UI component libraries.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- effectively.
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices across the team.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development
- lifecycle.

Requirements

- 4–6 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
- Mandatory experience working in a product-based company.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design projects and measurable
- business impact.
- Expertise in designing complex B2B, B2C, or SaaS products.




- Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, design thinking, and usability principles.
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions.
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
- designs.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience designing mobile applications (Android & iOS) and responsive web
- applications.
- Strong understanding of UX Research methodologies, including user interviews,
- usability testing, surveys, and persona creation.
- Experience translating user research insights into product design decisions.
- Hands-on experience with product discovery, user journey mapping, and information
- architecture.
- Experience working on B2B, B2C, or SaaS products in a product-based company.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and mobile-first design principles.
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers, UX Researchers, Developers, and
- cross-functional stakeholders in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of design systems and scalable component libraries.
