We’re Hiring: Senior Process Engineer | Garment Manufacturing, Faridabad, Haryana

At Pee Empro Exports, we’re building the next level of manufacturing excellence. We’re looking for a process engineer who doesn’t just analyze processes but transforms them using data, digitization, and smart manufacturing solutions.

What You’ll Do

- Analyze end-to-end pre-production & production processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, and improvement opportunities
- Drive Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and SOP standardization
- Lead digitization initiatives by implementing Smart Manufacturing Excellence solutions (real-time data tracking, automation opportunities, dashboards, and productivity analytics)
- Work closely with merchandisers, production, IE, quality, IT & MIS teams to deliver measurable improvements
- Track and improve productivity, throughput, WIP, downtime, and cost per piece
- Prepare insightful reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making

Background: Apparel / Fashion Technology / or relevant experience

Experience: 3-4 years preferred

Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Apparel technology or NIFT graduate will be an added advantage.
