Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Product Designer who can take products from blank page to factory floor. This is not a concept-only role. You will design, prototype, iterate, and launch real products.

You’ll work closely with founders, production engineers, and vendors, and will be responsible for making sure designs are beautiful, manufacturable, and cost-aware.

What You’ll Do
- Own New Product Development (NPD) end-to-end
- Create detailed 3D designs and production-ready drawings
- Work with production teams and fabricators to refine designs
- Drive prototyping, testing, iterations, and final sign-off
- Support actual product launches, not just renders
- Improve existing products based on production and market feedback

What We’re Looking For
- Strong 3D design skills (SolidWorks / Fusion 360 / Rhino or similar)
- Mandatory NPD experience with real-world product launches
- Deep understanding of materials,



fabrication, and manufacturing constraints:
- Ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, durability, and cost
- Startup mindset: ownership, speed, problem-solving, adaptability

Experience
- 2-6 years in product / industrial design
- Prior work in furniture, metal, outdoor, or industrial products preferred
- Must have taken at least a few products from concept → production

This Role Is NOT For You If
- You only do concept design or renders
- You’ve never worked with factories or vendors
- You prefer fixed briefs and narrow responsibilities

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
