Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Executive to lead quality assurance, process control, and compliance across products and operations. The role focuses on maintaining quality standards, improving processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality policies, SOPs, and standards
- Monitor product and process quality across operations
- Conduct inspections, audits, and quality reviews
- Handle non-conformities, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and operations teams
- Maintain quality documentation and reports
- Support internal and external audits
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Quality / relevant field
- 2-3 years of experience in quality management
- Robust knowledge of quality tools, audits, and documentation
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in toys / projects / supply chain preferred
Preferred:
- Immediate or short-notice joiner
