Job Summary:
Responsible for managing reference standards, administering LabRadar (LIMS), ensuring NABL scope compliance, driving automation initiatives, and supporting MIS and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:1. Reference Standards Management
- Creation, verification, and maintenance of reference standards.
- Periodic review to ensure compliance with NABL scope.
- Maintain proper documentation and traceability.

2. LIMS (LabRadar) Administration
- Configuration of tests and methods in LabRadar.
- Identify and resolve system issues within defined TATs.
- Coordinate with LIMS vendor for technical support and enhancements.
- Manage user access controls and maintain access trackers.
- Ensure overall upkeep and continuous improvement of LabRadar.

3. Automation & MIS Support




- Maintain and update automated workflows.
- Assist operations team with MIS queries and data validation.
- Ensure accuracy and maintenance of MIS reports.

Required Skills:
- Working knowledge of LIMS (preferably LabRadar).
- Understanding of NABL compliance requirements.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and automation tools.
- Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination and documentation abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
