Job Title: TA Recruiter

Purpose of the role

In this role, you will:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of roles, from initial intake meetings with hiring managers to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Technology-Driven Recruitment:
- Utilize and master a suite of modern recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), AI-powered sourcing tools, automated screening platforms, and data analytics dashboards to optimize workflow and increase productivity.

Process Automation:
Data-Driven Insights:
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source-of-hire. Use data to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide regular updates, and manage expectations. Advise on market trends, sourcing strategies, and best practices.

Employer Branding:




- Collaborate with marketing and internal communications teams to promote our employer brand and attract top talent from a diverse global pool.

Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and recruitment trends.

To be successful you will:
- Proven experience in a high-volume recruitment role, preferably within an offshore or shared services environment.
- Strong proficiency with contemporary Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies (e.g., automated interview platforms, sourcing tools).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to inform decisions and optimize performance.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude with a passion for process improvement and technology.
