Production & Operations
- Supervise day-to-day weaving operations to achieve production targets
- Ensure optimal machine utilization and minimum downtime
- Monitor fabric quality, loom efficiency, and production output
- Plan loom allocation and style changeovers as per production schedule

Quality Control
- Ensure fabric is woven as per quality standards and specifications
- Monitor defects (warp breaks, weft breaks, oil stains, reed marks, etc.)
- Coordinate with QA team to reduce rejections and rework
- Implement corrective and preventive actions

Manpower Management
- Allocate work to loom operators and helpers
- Train operators on machine handling, safety, and quality awareness
- Monitor attendance, shift discipline, and productivity
- Resolve shop-floor issues and operator grievances

Machine & Maintenance Coordination
- Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Ensure looms, accessories,



and tools are properly maintained
- Report recurring machine issues and suggest improvements

Safety & Compliance
- Ensure safety rules and SOPs are followed on the shop floor
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory regulations

Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily production, efficiency, and downtime reports
- Track wastage, raw material consumption, and fabric output
- Report performance, issues, and improvements to management

Continuous Improvement
- Implement productivity and cost-reduction initiatives
- Support lean manufacturing / TPM / Kaizen activities
- Suggest process improvements to improve quality and efficiency

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
