Key Responsibilities

Packaging

Plan, design, and oversee product packaging for export and domestic shipments as per manufacturing/fabrication industry and customer requirements.

Ensure packaging materials meet shipping standards and minimize damage risk during transit.

Coordinate with vendors for sourcing of packaging materials as per govt. norms with complying ISO 45001 standard and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Conduct packaging trials and suggest improvements to optimize space, reduce costs, and enhance safety.

Import & Export Operations

Manage end-to-end documentation for import and export shipments.

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, DGFT, and statutory requirements.

Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters for timely clearance and dispatch.

Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers and internal sites.

Logistics

Handle inbound and outbound logistics for domestic and international consignments.





Optimize local & private transportation freight costs while ensuring timely delivery.

Develop and maintain relationships with logistics service providers.

Maintain records of shipments, freight bills, and analyze cost-saving opportunities.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of export packaging standards and international shipping norms.

Familiarity with customs clearance processes.

Plan time to time visit at vendor location for reviewing production & dispatch status.

Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (SAP/OURSYS/ZOHO).

Good negotiation and coordination skills with vendors and logistics partners.

Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
