Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly as they enter the restaurant.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to balance server workloads.
- Provide accurate wait time estimates and manage the waiting list.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus.
- Answer phone calls for reservations and general inquiries.
- Assist with takeout or delivery orders if necessary.
- Ensure the entryway and host stand remain clean and inviting.
