Job Title: Workforce Management (WFM) Planner
Location: Indore
Experience Required: 4-6 Years

We're looking for immediate joiners.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate short-term and long-term forecasts based on historical data and business trends.
- Develop and manage capacity plans to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Analyze workload trends and recommend staffing strategies.
- Coordinate with Operations to align workforce plans with business requirements.
- Monitor KPIs such as service levels, shrinkage, occupancy, and productivity.
- Generate reports and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within WFM functions.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 4-6 years of experience in Workforce Management/Planning.




- Strong operational knowledge in capacity planning and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with WFM tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in BPO/Contact Center operations (if applicable).
- Exposure to scheduling and real-time management processes.
