Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/virtual/in-person)
- Coordinate interview schedules with clients and hiring managers
- Handle offer rollouts and joining formalities
- Meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in domestic recruitment (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication skills in English & local languages
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT/Non-IT hiring
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Negotiation and closing skills
- Time management and multitasking
Pay: ₹10,582.64 - ₹48,137.19 per month
