Job Description - Floor Supervisor (Automobile)
- Supervise and coordinate daily shop floor activities
- Ensure smooth production/service flow as per targets
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with company standards
- Allocate manpower and manage shift-wise operations
- Ensure adherence to safety norms, SOPs, and 5S practices
- Handle daily attendance, discipline, and productivity of staff
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores departments
- Monitor machine, tools, and equipment utilization
- Identify and report operational issues and breakdowns
- Maintain job cards, checklists, and daily MIS reports
- Support training and skill development of technicians/operators
- Assist in process improvement and efficiency initiatives
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of assigned jobs

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
