Tele-Sales Executive (Aesthetic Industry Experience Mandatory)

We are hiring a highly aggressive, target-oriented Tele-Sales Executive from the aesthetic / dermatology / cosmetic clinic industry who can convert leads into walk-ins and revenue under strict deadlines.

This role is purely performance-driven.

Core Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound leads from Meta, Google & WhatsApp.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed clinic visits (walk-ins).
- Drive monthly revenue targets aggressively.
- Increase daily walk-ins through strong follow-ups.
- Handle patient objections and close appointments confidently.
- Maintain strict follow-up system for hot & warm leads.
- Work under deadlines and daily conversion targets.
- Coordinate with front office to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Track leads properly and maintain CRM discipline.
- Re-activate old database to generate repeat visits.

Performance Expectations:




- Achieve & exceed monthly targets.
- Improve visit-to-conversion ratio.
- Increase footfall through active calling strategy.
- Deliver results under pressure.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Aesthetic / Hair / Cosmetic Clinic.
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments.
- Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
- Solid closing ability.
- Target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work under strict timelines.
- Professional attitude & high accountability.
