We are looking for an experienced and driven Marketing Executive to join our team in the mattress and PU foam manufacturing sector. The role involves expanding our dealer network, driving sales, and representing the brand across North India.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers
- Promote mattress and PU foam products across assigned territories
- Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and sales reporting
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets on a commission-based structure
- Travel extensively across North India for business development

Requirements:
- Graduate or Post Graduate
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing/sales (preferably in foam, furniture,



or related industries)
- Comfortable working on a commission-based model:
- Must own a personal vehicle for travel
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Willingness to travel frequently across North India

Compensation: Attractive commission-based earnings with performance incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
