Job Description:
- Plan & Implement CSR ProjectsIdentify NGOs, conduct due diligence, design projects, and execute CSR initiatives aligned with company values and statutory requirements, ensuring high-quality on-ground implementation.
- Stakeholder & Community EngagementBuild solid relationships with NGO partners, community groups, government bodies, and internal teams to enable effective collaboration and impact delivery.
- Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
Track project progress, manage budgets, measure impact using defined KPIs, and prepare reports for leadership and regulatory compliance. Bring accountability, structure and transparency to CSR operations.
- Awareness & Employee VolunteeringPromote CSR culture within the organization through communication campaigns and coordinate employee volunteering activities across locations.
