About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare daily meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) as required
- Specialize in European cuisine (Italian, French, Mediterranean, Spanish, etc.)
- Create healthy, balanced, and nutrition-focused meals
- Customize menus based on dietary preferences and seasonal ingredients
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Source fresh ingredients (if required)
- Manage kitchen inventory and stock rotation
- Present dishes professionally with attention to plating
- Prepare meals for occasional guests (when required)

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Private Chef / Personal Chef




- Strong expertise in European culinary techniques
- Knowledge of healthy cooking methods (low-oil, gluten-free, high-protein, etc.)
- Understanding of nutrition and portion control
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Well-groomed and organized
- Culinary certification preferred (Hotel Management / Qualified Culinary School)

Experience Required:
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with private families preferred
- Background in 4-star / 5-star hotels or fine dining restaurants is a plus.
