Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and area mapping.
- Explain and promote financial products such as business loans,vehicle loans,:
- Collect customer documents and complete KYC verification.
- Coordinate with the credit team for loan approvals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales reports.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and partners.
- Conduct door-to-door visits, follow-up calls, and field marketing activities.
- Handle customer queries and provide proper guidance.
- Maintain professionalism and company brand image during field interactions.

Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of finance/loan products.
- Ability to convince customers.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM apps).
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹25,588.06 - ₹30,584.49 per month
