Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with daily assigned leads
- Explain IIT JEE / NEET programs, schedule, fee structure & scholarship test
- Convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain proper lead status in CRM
- Handle parent objections confidently
- Coordinate with academic & admission team
- Ensure minimum daily connected calls & follow-ups
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Skills Required
- Strong Hindi / Marathi communication (English is a plus)
- Positive persuasion & objection handling skills
- Basic knowledge of IIT JEE / NEET exam structure
- Confidence while talking to parents
- CRM handling experience preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
