Telecaller / Sales Executive - E-commerce Services

Dwarka mor metro staion gate no. 2/ Work From Office / Remote - if any emergency
Experience Required:
0.5 - 2 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients (Amazon / Flipkart sellers)
- Generate new leads through calling and follow-ups
- Explain company services clearly and professionally
- Convert leads into sales
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects
- Maintain lead data in Excel
- Coordinate with the operations team after client onboarding
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Confident and persuasive speaking ability
- Basic knowledge of Amazon / Flipkart selling (preferred)
- Ability to handle objections and close sales
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Target-oriented mindset
Qualification:
- 10th, 12th, Graduate preferred (Not mandatory)
- Experience in telecalling / sales / marketing is preferred
