About the Role:We are looking for a disciplined and persistent Relationship Executive to manage our outbound calling process. You will not be searching for leads; instead, you will be provided with a structured Excel Database to manage, nurture, and convert.

Key Responsibilities:
- Structured Outreach: Perform outbound cold calls to potential leads from the provided Excel database.
- Multi-Channel Contact: Prior to calling, send a professional introductory message (WhatsApp/SMS) to establish rapport.
- Appointment Scheduling: Respect the prospect’s time by scheduling and connecting at their preferred time slots.
- Rigorous Follow-ups: Maintain a "Never-Give-Up" attitude by following up with leads at regular intervals until conversion or final status.
- Daily Reporting:



Update the Excel sheet with detailed feedback and status codes for every call made during the day.

Requirements:
- Data Management: Basic knowledge of MS Excel (updating cells, filtering, and saving sheets).
- Persistence: High energy and the ability to handle "no" while staying focused on the next lead.
- Communication: Fluent in English. Must be able to draft professional text messages.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Telesales, Collections, or Lead Generation is preferred, but freshers with great communication are welcome.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
