Job Profile: STEM Tinkering Coordinator Position: Fulltime-Contract Basis

Experifun requires resource person for a tinkering lab, who possess a combination of technical skills in the field of electronics development, mechanics, IoT & Robotics. Resource should have teaching experience in tinkering or STEM labs at private or government schools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visting & reporting to schools implementing tinkering lab projects.
- Design and implement projects, guide students, and foster creativity.
- Provide technical support, assist with advanced projects, and ensure safety protocols.
- Inspire creativity, help with project aesthetics, and integrate artistic elements into projects.
- Create curriculum that integrates STEM principles, lead workshops, and promote inquiry-based learning.
- Mentor students, organize community events,



and share knowledge of best practices.
- Develop and enforce safety guidelines, conduct training sessions, and maintain a safe setting.

Required skills:
- Knowledge & usage of various materials used in disciplines like electronics, IoT, Robotics, woodworking & coding with electronics materials.
- Proficiency with electronics & mechanical tools and machinery, understanding of technical concepts.
- Strong understanding of design thinking and creative processes.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in accessible ways.
- Knowledge about Atal Tinkering Lab & syllabus followed in the labs.
- Pedagogical understanding of delivering the tinkering sessions.
- Hands-on experience with various students & college projects and tools.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to tools and materials used in the tinkering lab.
- Know how about ATL Dashboard
- Supported students in building exhibition models.
- Proficiency in MS Office
