Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute cutting-edge cocktail menus tailored to specific event themes and client preferences.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and speed, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner, providing recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering, stocking, and tracking spirits, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked before, during, and after events.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions accurately when required.




- Adhere to all local and national regulations regarding alcohol service, ensuring responsible consumption.
- Collaborate with event planners and catering staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current beverage trends, new products, and mixology techniques.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of mobile bar stations, ensuring all equipment is handled with care.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any bar-related issues that may arise during an event promptly and professionally.
