Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare detailed 2D layouts, working drawings, and furniture layouts.
- Create 3D models and high-quality render views.
- Assist in material selection and prepare mood boards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure execution as per design intent.
- Prepare BOQ and detailed design documentation.
Software Skills Required
- AutoCAD - Detailed 2D drawings and working drawings.
- SketchUp - 3D modeling.
- Revit - BIM modeling and documentation.
- Lumion - Walkthroughs and realistic rendering.
- Knowledge of V-Ray / Enscape / 3ds Max / Photoshop will be an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Robust understanding of space planning and detailing.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture design.
- Good visualization and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Robust communication and coordination abilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Interior Design.
- 1-2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience in residential interiors preferred.
