Role Overview

The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of PEB and structural steel projects. The role acts as a key bridge between plant, office, and site, ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and workflow alignment for smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Integration
- Act as the central coordination link between plant, office, and project site.
- Ensure smooth flow of information regarding production, dispatch, drawings, and site requirements.
- Align fabrication schedules with site progress and project timelines.

Project Planning & Monitoring
- Assist in project scheduling and milestone tracking.
- Monitor project progress across departments and support timely execution.
- Identify delays, bottlenecks, or coordination gaps and escalate when required.

Communication & Reporting
- Coordinate with engineering, production,



logistics, and site execution teams.
- Prepare daily / weekly progress reports and status updates.
- Facilitate explicit communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients.

Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain project documents, drawings, approvals, and records.
- Ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Procurement & Logistics Support
- Follow up on material requirements and dispatch schedules.
- Ensure materials are delivered to site as per project needs.

Site Support
- Track site progress and work completion.
- Assist with billing milestones and project closure documentation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Skills Required:
- Strong coordination and follow-up ability
- Clear communication across plant, office, and site teams
- Knowledge of PEB or construction workflow
- Basic understanding of
