Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Handle buyer accounts independently, from order placement to shipment.
- Sampling & Development: Coordinate proto, fit, size set, and salesman samples to meet buyer specifications.
- Sourcing & Costing: Source materials, negotiate with suppliers, and finalize costing sheets to meet profitability targets.
- Production Planning: Monitor production timelines, in-house accessories/trims, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Quality Control: Collaborate with quality departments to ensure product standards.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for buyers regarding orders, queries, and updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in apparel merchandising (specifically woven/knitted products).
- Knowledge:



Strong understanding of fabric, production techniques, and, costing.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Software: Proficiency in, MS Office and ERP systems.
- Education: Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, or related field.

Physical/Other Requirements
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Flexibility for travel to visit factories, suppliers, or client locations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
