Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural drawings, 2D plans, and working drawings.
- Create 3D models and presentation views.
- Assist in design development and material selection.
- Prepare municipal submission drawings.
- Coordinate with structural consultants and site engineers.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design execution as per drawings.
- Support in BOQ preparation and detailing.
Software Skills Required
- AutoCAD - Proficiency in 2D drafting and working drawings.
- SketchUp - 3D modeling and basic rendering.
- Revit - Basic BIM modeling and documentation.
- Knowledge of Lumion / V-Ray / Photoshop will be an added advantage.
Required Skills:
