Job Title: In‑House Content Designer (Aviation Focus)

Working Days & Timings:
- 5 days a week
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary:
₹35,000 per month

About the Role

Aviazione Consultants is looking for a full-time, in-house Content Designer with experience in aviation-related content and digital advertising. The role involves end-to-end content creation, visual design, and execution of both organic and paid content across platforms.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with an internal team, understands branding, and can take ownership of content and ads for a growing aviation consultancy.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation (Aviation-Focused)
- Create accurate and engaging content related to aviation careers, airlines, cabin crew, pilots, and industry updates:
- Write captions, scripts, hooks, and content frameworks using correct aviation terminology

Design & Visual Content
- Design creatives for Instagram and LinkedIn (posts, carousels, stories, reels)




- Maintain visual consistency with the brand’s identity

Paid Ads Creation & Support
- Create ad creatives and copy for Instagram and Facebook ads
- Assist with designing content for lead generation and campaign-based ads
- Understand basic ad formats, creatives, and performance-oriented content

Content Strategy & Planning
- Plan weekly and monthly content calendars
- Align content and ads with brand campaigns and hiring cycles

Brand Consistency & Quality Control
- Ensure all content is professional, factual, and brand-aligned
- Maintain tone, voice, and visual standards across platforms

Experience & Skills Required
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation or content design
- Experience or familiarity with aviation-related content preferred:
- Experience creating content for Instagram & LinkedIn:
- Ability to create or assist with social media ads (Meta ads preferred):
- Strong content writing and storyt
