Role Overview: We are looking for a precision-oriented CNC Lathe Operator to join our production team. This role focuses on operating CNC Turning machines equipped with Siemens controllers to produce high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities:
- Turning Operations: Execute machining tasks on CNC Lathes, including material setup and code entry under the supervision of the Production Lead.
- Blueprint Reading: Analyze engineering drawings and view 3D CAD models to identify critical tolerances and finish requirements (no modeling required).
- Reporting: Accurately record production data in job cards and coordinate workflow with the Quality and Production departments.
- Proactive Problem Solving:



Immediately inform the Production Lead of any technical uncertainties to ensure Engineering team intervention when necessary.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: ITI, NTTF, CMTI, or a Polytechnic Diploma, plus relevant certifications.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience specifically in CNC Turning/Lathe operation.
- Technical Knowledge: Must be proficient in Siemens Controllers.
- Attributes: High level of discipline, clear communication skills, and a flexible approach to workplace requirements.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
