Role Overview: This role is ideal for a versatile operator experienced in sheet metal fabrication. You will operate Laser Cutting machines and Press Brakes. While experience with specific controllers is preferred, training will be provided for our Taiwan-based controller systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fabrication & Bending: Operate Sheet Metal Laser cutting and Press Brake machines. Setup materials and input codes based on Production Lead instructions.
- Visual Interpretation: View 3D CAD models and 2D drawings to understand bend deductions, orientations, and tolerances.
- Administrative Diligence: Maintain precise records on job cards and coordinate with the Quality Manager for inspection cycles.
- Process Expertise: Demonstrate a robust understanding of sheet metal properties and fabrication processes.
- Escalation:



Maintain a "safety-first" and "quality-first" mindset by involving the Production Lead and Engineering team whenever doubts arise.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: ITI, NTTF, CMTI, or a Polytechnic Diploma, plus relevant certifications.
- Experience: 1-3 years in Sheet Metal Laser cutting and Press Brake operation.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with sheet metal work processes; experience with Taiwan controllers is a plus (otherwise, a willingness to learn).
- Soft Skills: Must be a clear communicator with a flexible work ethic and high attention to detail.
