The Physics Foundation Teacher is responsible for building strong conceptual understanding in Physics for students of Classes VI-X, preparing them for higher secondary academics and competitive examinations such as JEE and NEET. The role focuses on strengthening fundamentals, numerical problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, and scientific reasoning through structured foundation training aligned with CBSE curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:1. Academic Delivery
- Teach Physics foundation curriculum for Classes VI-X.
- Build strong basics in Mechanics, Heat, Light, Sound, Electricity, and basic Contemporary Physics concepts.
- Prepare structured lesson plans with weekly and monthly academic targets.
- Use demonstrations, experiments, and real-life examples to simplify abstract concepts.

2. Competitive Exam Orientation
- Introduce JEE/NEET foundation-level numericals and concept-based problems.
- Train students in analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
- Conduct regular practice tests, worksheets, and topic-wise assessments.
- Guide students for Olympiads, NTSE,



and other competitive exams.

3. Student Assessment & Monitoring
- Conduct periodic tests and evaluate performance data.
- Identify slow learners and provide remedial coaching.
- Provide advanced problem sets for high-performing students.
- Maintain performance tracking sheets and academic records.

4. Practical & Laboratory Integration
- Coordinate and conduct practical demonstrations.
- Ensure laboratory safety and proper equipment usage.
