Key Responsibilities:1. Academic Delivery
- Teach Chemistry foundation curriculum for Classes VI-X.
- Strengthen fundamentals in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry basics.
- Align teaching with NCERT concepts while integrating higher-order and competitive-level questions.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans with weekly and monthly academic targets.
- Use real-life examples, experiments, and demonstrations to enhance conceptual understanding.

2. Competitive Exam Orientation
- Provide early exposure to JEE/NEET foundation-level questions.
- Conduct topic-wise tests, practice worksheets, and mock assessments.
- Guide students for Olympiads, NTSE, and other competitive exams.

3. Student Assessment & Monitoring
- Conduct periodic evaluations and analyze performance data.
- Identify learning gaps and implement remedial strategies.
- Provide enrichment tasks for advanced learners.
- Maintain detailed academic records and progress tracking sheets.

4. Laboratory & Practical Integration
- Coordinate with lab assistants for practical demonstrations.




- Ensure safe handling of chemicals and lab equipment.

5. Classroom Management
- Maintain discipline and foster a positive learning workplace.
- Encourage curiosity, questioning, and scientific thinking.
- Promote interactive and discussion-based teaching methods.

6. Parent & Academic Coordination
- Communicate student progress effectively during PTMs.
- Collaborate with Physics, Biology, and Maths teachers for integrated planning.
- Attend academic meetings, workshops, and training programs.
- Maintain question banks, worksheets, and academic documentation as per school standards.

Qualification & Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Chemistry.
- B.Ed. (Preferred as per CBSE norms).
- 2-5 years of experience in teaching Chemistry (Foundation/CBSE).
- Experience in JEE/NEET Foundation or Olympiad training preferred.
