Key Responsibilities

1️ Order Management (Uniware)
- Process daily orders through Uniware
- Monitor order flow from marketplace & website
- Generate invoices, shipping labels, and manifests
- Ensure timely order allocation and dispatch
- Handle bulk order processing during sale periods

2️ Marketplace Coordination
- Manage orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.
- Ensure SLAs are met to avoid penalties
- Monitor cancellation & return rates
- Work on reducing RTO %

3️ Returns & RTO Management
- Track RTO orders and initiate corrective actions
- Coordinate with warehouse for QC of returns
- Maintain return reports & reconciliation
- Analyze reasons for high RTO and suggest improvements

4️ Inventory & Reconciliation
- Sync inventory between Uniware & marketplaces
- Monitor stock discrepancies
- Prepare daily dispatch & order reports
- Reconcile payments & returns





5️ Coordination
- Work closely with:
- Warehouse team
- Courier partners
- Customer support team
- Accounts team

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Uniware (mandatory)
- Knowledge of marketplace operations (Amazon, Myntra etc.)
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables preferred)
- Understanding of fashion SKU management
- Ability to handle high-volume orders
- Robust attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset
