Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Education Counselor who can Sales of University course on our Leads to join the BSL Institute of Nursing.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an University course Counselor or in a similar role within an educational institute.
- Communication Skills: GOOD verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Mindset: Must be target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Database Management:



Maintain a comprehensive and organized database of all prospective student inquiries using CRM software.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly student admission targets.

Desired Attributes
- Prior experience in a Univesity Course Sales skill, Nursing, medical, or paramedical institute will be a significant advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
