Job Title: Production Supervisor / Site In-Charge (Civil / Mineral Processing)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage 8-10 contractor teams on-site
- Oversee mineral packing and production operations
- Plan and execute strategies to increase production output
- Monitor daily productivity and ensure targets are achieved
- Maintain quality control and safety standards
- Coordinate between management and site teams
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly production reports to senior management
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in construction, manufacturing, mineral processing, or related industry
- Experience managing contractor teams
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of production planning and process optimization
- Good reporting and communication skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
